These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Chatting App ("App") provided by Chat On. Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the App.
You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the App. You may not use the App if you disagree with these Terms.
You must be at least 15 years old to use the App. Using the Chat On App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 15 years old.
Any content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video ("User Content") that you upload, post, or transmit via the App is your sole responsibility. You retain all rights for your User Content. Still, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Content to operate and improve the App.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose that violates these Terms and Conditions. Prohibited conduct, but is not limited to:
• Harassment, abuse, or bullying of other users.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engaging to any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality.
All intellectual property rights in the Chat On App and its content, including but unlimited to text, graphics, videos, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by or licensed and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and disclose your personal information. By using the Chat On App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part thereof with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
The App is provided on basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from using the App.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms without notice. Your continued use of this App after such changes constitutes to your acceptance of the new Terms.
